I would like to thank a consultant that assisted me. Lindokuhle Khumalo was able to assist me regarding an issue that I had with my policy. Despite my heightend frustration and anger he was able to patiently explain details that were to help me in future. Within one (very long) I transformed from being a client that had cancelled a policy, to reinstating it. I would like to convey my appreciation for his level of professionalism and ability to try to correct the situation.
