I would like to applaud King Price on the great service that I received from them, particularly Nkateko Langa. My car got ****** on the 3rd June 2022. Next Monday I called to notify them. Claim process was so smooth. Nkateko kept calling me to remind me of outstanding documents. I was delaying with the hope that Tracker will recover my car soon but unfortunately it didn’t. I sent the last document on 15 June but to my surprise on the 17th June, Nkateko called me to advise that the claim has been approved. I couldn’t believe the efficiency of everyone involved. I now understand what the my say when they say “ At King Price, the customer is a king”. I’m a very happy client and I will continue using King Price and encourage the rest of my family and friends to switch to King Price
