I wish to dispute this complaint regarding the decision of KingsPrice,and the manner in which myclaim was handled. I lodged a claim on 18 Feb 2021,after 3 years of them saying they were investigating the case. Then they rejected the case.The letter of rejection was received by myself on 30 June 2023,after I had lodged the claim on 18 Feb 2021. The service provider alleges that my deceased husband was driving under the influence of liquor,when there is no evidence to support that narrative. I have supp**** the service provider with hospital records recorded immediately after the accident,and there was no liquor that was found from,both the deceased's blood,and bowel.
