I wish I could give Hellopeter a bad review for only allowing 5 stars maximum...

Good afternoon,

I would like to take the time to thank King Price Insurance and everyone involved in the repair and claim of my accident. I had an unfortunate meeting with a tree in middle December last year and this lead me to make a claim.

Firstly, I would like to start by saying that something my family has always said about insurance companies is the true way to know what an insurance company feels about their customers is when you make a claim one day. And I can tell you right now that I have never received service this good from any company I have ever dealt with, no matter what type of company. And I mean that with all sincerity as it was not just outstanding service from one employee, it was from every single one:

- The operator when I first called had a tow truck with me and my car on the truck within approximately 20 minutes of me calling. - Zandri Ysel, was incredibly helpful and assisted me with starting the claims process, she guided me through everything and was incredibly polite and helpful. She also helped arrange my car hire almost immediately and had me in a hired car by the end of the day that I had made my claim and for all of that I say thank you. - Bennie Botha, went the extra mile in helping me and even contacted me after hours to get issues sorted for me after I received my car back, he did this with such speed that he arranged everything pretty much immediately. He also made sure that he dealt with my claim and assessed it so quickly that it felt like I was the only claim he was dealing with (despite having to deal with hundreds of others. And I thank him for that and all his help very very much. - Neil van Loggerenberg, let me start off by saying that I emailed Neil once to find something out about the repair stage of my vehicle, this email was sent on 24/12/2018 7:22 am, in other words, the morning of Christmas eve. His reply came to me at 7:44 am the same day. I think that tells you what you need to know about the level and quality of service he provided me. He helped me with amazing speed and for that I thank him greatly as well.

It is therefore very clear that the service level and quality from King Price from all levels and aspects is outstanding, I can’t put all the details of the entire process into an email but I can tell you that it was experience that was made incredibly easy. Something that they have now set a very high standard for any insurance company to try and beat! I moved to King Price from Outsurance because of shocking service that I received due to an error they made and I never even made a claim with them during my time being insured with them.

King Price is therefore, by far, my insurance provider of choice and I will not be moving to any other insurance company in the future with any of my current or future assets, no matter if their premiums may be cheaper. If I know I can get service and genuine help like this from my insurance company, then I would find it very difficult to move to any other insurer, no matter how good their offer could be (not that I feel anyone could beat the offer I am currently getting). You can’t put a price on quality service like this. Furthermore, I will recommend King Price to all of my friends and family as well as try switching my mother’s entire business to you, which includes vehicle, building, contents and business insurance. I can happily say that I would be doing all of them a favour if they insured with you instead.

All of that said, I would like to say another very big thank you and I wish you all luck for the new year and may your claims department hopefully not hear from me again too soon :)
