I wasn't happy with my annual increase in my car premium, but after talking to Dawid at the retentions department, he adjusted the premium to am acceptable level for me
I wasn't happy with my annual increase in my car premium, but after talking to Dawid at the retentions department, he adjusted the premium to am acceptable level for me. His service was excellent and even called me back straight away when we got cut off.
