I was very satisfied in the mannerisms of your consultant Neresa Naidoo, She tried her best to assist me in changing over to insure a new vehicle.Her conduct and attitude over the phone can be said that she is well in control in handling clients delicate and financial related premium issues Thank you Neresa as much as we did not have any choice than to include that excess of R4500..to afford me this premium offer.
