I was unjustly accused of not being vigilant

In March I was in a motorbike accident because a person in an Audi pulled into my from the oncoming traffic. I knew that if I swerved right, I would hit oncoming peak traffic, and if I swerved left I would be knocked from the side by the Audi. If I slammed on breaks, my motorbike would lose traction and I would slide into the wheel from floor height. I hit the car head on, flew with my head hitting the windscreen and did a front flip in the air to land on my feet, causing me permanent foot and back problems.<br> <br> After many months of correspondence, it was eventually decided that I was responsible for the accident for not being vigilant enough. Also in the breakdown they sent me, they had undervalued my motorbike and overvalued the s****s. They had also not even considered any of my possessions which were damaged in the accident including my R25000 laptop even though they said via email that they would have to pay for everything that was damage in the accident.
