I was unhappy about a big jump in my premium
I was unhappy about a big jump in my premium. I was passed on to Kamo who helped me reduce the premium and get me a credit on the amount charged. Kamo' s temperament was not only super professional, but she also was delightful to deal with. That is how you keep a customer happy.
