I was so pleased with the outcome of my claim

I was so pleased with the outcome of my claim. I submitted a claim for lost keys and we got the first quote where they said we would have to wait over a week, we then got another quote where they said they could do it the same day. So we pushed for the second one which was approved but when the company came out they told us they could not actually do our specific keys and we had to go through the dealer. I was very stressed out about this and immediately called king price. The lady on the phone assisted me with getting a towing service to take my car to the dealer and they also reviewed the claim. I was so pleased that they were prepared to listen to my story and trust what I had explained. The staff were very helpful and reassuring and the result was positive.
