I was recently assisted by a lady called Keanole for my claim. Oh my word I have never heard someone with such a warm and kind tone over the phone. She spoke with so much poise and with the determination to assist and resolve the matter at hand. She really is an asset to King Price. I wish I could clone her and put her behind every customer service phone call.
