I was ready to terminate my 9 year long relationship with King Price for my car insurance. Absolute pure frustration and anger directed at the incompetence of whoever created the new KP application they've decided to torture their clients with! If it wasn't for the patience, the professionalism and the simple kindness and 100percent understanding of customer etiquette I received from their agent, Albertus Venter, I would have terminated immediately.
