I was not happy with the customer service I received from one of the advisers at king price when I was involved in a car accident which wasn’t my fault. I was asked to lie about my policy information and I was planning on cancelling my insurance after being with them for more than 3 years. Thanks to Thabang Mahlangu who made me change my mind and made me realise the reason why I chose king price in the first place. I am not leaving king price and they definitely are the best car insurance.
