I was looking for comprehensive cover for my vehicle that I needed to provide as proof when I collect my car. Initially I was shopping around for quotes. When I spoke with Nokuthula Mbele, she was so inviting and accommodating, asking the right questions for clarity so that she gives the most comprehensive cover. She then proceeded to facilitate a 3 way call between us and my sales executive to get the car details( vin and engine number) so that she could complete the details. At this point I was so relaxed, I felt like i wasn't rushed into a decision, because she expertly and lovingly held my hand as I made the decision to take the cover after just 2 quotes prior.
