I was involved in an accident where someone hit my car from the back and it was declared a write off. The KP claims agent that was assigned to me handled the case very quickly (within 12 calendar days), but my only complaint is that she did not respond to my emails where I had questions. She did always call back eventually to give updates and answer some questions, so it wasn't such a big issue. But email responses to keep record of everything is always something that i appreciate.
