I was involved in an accident and the first 2 people who assisted me was Siyamthanda and Wandile from the breakdown department they were so soft spoken and very consistent with checking up on me and were very hands on. Then I was referred to the claims department that was such a hassle and my first claim handler, Lesego was so *********** and very bad with communication. However, my new claim handler, Lesego Niel came to my rescue and sorted out.
