I was in an accident with my vehicle today and upon calling my insurance company, namely, king price, I was met with a kind lady telling me that her name is Cecilia and even offering condolences after I have told her about my situation. Throughout the call she was very patient and understanding, answering any questions that I had and overall just delivering awesome service. She even contacted me after hours to let me know that she unfortunately could not get a hold of me during the time I specified for her, unbeknownst to me as my phone never rang but even still, she did the effort of contacting me via whatsapp to help me complete the loading of my claim. Overall experience with Cecilia from King Price is definitely a 10/10
