I was in a call with Lufuno Shandukani, unfortunately the call was to cancel my insurance policy with King Price due to a personal matter (I had a very terrible December 2023). I ended up relating the story to Lufuno as to what led me to cancel. I appreciate mostly her professionalism and kindness with coupled with deep empathy. Sometimes we talk to people like robots because we have to do what we’re tasked to do, but I feel she went beyond that and it was truly personal and I was left feeling encouraged and energised! We need more people like her! Thanks Lufuno
