I was hit with a 60percent annual increase. Spoke to various agents who could not assist me stating there was nothing they can do. The only option I had was to look for another insurance company. Today I spoke to Mr Feni Bantu who went above and beyond to hear me out and try his best to retain me as a customer. This was amazing work! An I commend Mr Feni Bantu for such amazing service!
