I was helped by Thabang Mahlangu who assisted me with a policy review. It was very quick and he was extremely helpful in getting to the point and assisting me with a reduced premium on my vehicle. I was also notified immediately regarding the policy change via text and email which is appreciated, too. I have in the past asked for changes to be made with previous insurers whereby I didn't receive notification, after being promised, just to find out the change had not been actioned.
