I was helped by Ephraim Maaga who from the get go was positive, non-overbearing (unlike many telemarketers), and very helpful. It felt like I was the first customer for the day and he sounded eager to try and help me get the best possible value out of my insurance. Definitely 10/10 service. I am also happy that the premium does get lower with the depreciating value of your stuff. It doesn't make sense to pay high premiums for assets that lose value over time. It's a good hook.
