I was called to update my personal details and in the process my premium was increased because my address during working hours has changed. I then told the consultant that I just had an increase and I will look for a new insurer. I then got a call from the retentions team - Christopher Roberts he did some magic and decreased my premium. I really appreciate the effort and time to ensure that I'm happy from the King Price team. 👊🏼
