I was being attended to by Simone Watson
I was being attended to by Simone Watson. She was the most deplorable person to deal with. Never replies to emails, does not click on read receipt. She stalled me for 3 weeks. However God was watching and sent Okushle Mangisa my way. She sorted the issue in 3 minutes. Please give her a promotion. Get Simone Watson to serve tea.
