I was assisted directly after my request, and i am very pleased to say that everything went very smooth
I was assisted directly after my request, and i am very pleased to say that everything went very smooth. I had my policy updated and adjusted in less than 20 minutes, i was redirected to a senior who assisted me in a very professional manner and i appreciate the quick turnaround time in which my request and adjustments were made.
