I was assisted by Tshegofatso Ramaleba. She assisted me very well and the tow truck was on the side to tow my car in a short space of time. I rated 4 because I was not happy about the distance coverage of 20km. I travel about 25 to 30 km to work and if my car was within that radius it means the insurance was not going to cover the tow car expenses.
