I was assisted by the very friendly guy by the name of Tiro. I was so stressed as my premium went up from R1100 to 2100 and I knew I'm not gonna afford it. I called 1st time to review it but instead the lady only reduce axcess fee from 4500 to 3500 and premium went up from R1900 to R2100. I was called by the other consultant to resolve the prorata issues that I was debited more than I was told the she ask me to stay on the line to review my premium that is when I got Tiro. He made my life easier as he reviewed my cover from R2100 to R1500 as I claimed in December and he also told me that the extra fund of around R500 will be credited back to my premium. Meaning in May I will only pay R900 instead of R1500. Tjooo I was so emotional, Tiro and king price is the best deal ever. 🥰
