I was assisted by Riaan Nell to complete a quote after the first sales person lost their temper with me. Riaan's service recovery was on point. I appreciate his level of patience and being aware of the fact that he is assisting a human being at the end of the line and not just closing a sale. Thank you Riaan for making my day a bit better after a not so nice experience with the first guy
