I was assisted by Lulama to review my insurance premiums as well as the access amount for my insurance. Lulama was very helpful in making me understand how I could best benefit from my insurance company and he managed to assist me with all the questions I had to the fullest which led to me being able to understand what exactly money is going towards and how I would be able to claim when need be. Overall my experience with him was very great as he is a friendly person who made sure I was satisfied with everything I needed before I left the call.
