I was assisted by Luis Wolf with an amendment on my policy. As a person with ADHD, simple tasks like making changes to a policy or getting in contact with a service provider can make us extremely anxious and we end up procrastinating and putting the task off as long as we can (even when we know there are consequences, yes, even if the consequences are financial, it sucks - I KNOW). Being assisted by Luis has been absolutely phenomenal. He did not once pressure me into accepting the quote on his time, he listened when I told him I was not concerned about XYZ aspects of my policy and he assisted me with making the best decisions for my policy going forward, instead of simply canceling - as I was planning on doing. Thank you, Luis - we need more souls with patience, understanding and humor in this world ✌🏻🥰 I don't think I'll be scared to get in contact next time 😂
