I was assisted by Delarno Osman, when I needed to update my policy and change my banking details
I was assisted by Delarno Osman, when I needed to update my policy and change my banking details. I was told my banking details were updated and received my updated policy. Fast forward to 2 May, and my old bank account was debited. This put me into an overdraft which I will now be charged for! Would not recommend dealing with Delarno Osman!
