I was assisted by Delarno Osman. He was able to assist me easily over the phone by making some changes to my policy. Very happy with the service and the changes were made immediately thereafter my updated policy was sent to me.

03 May 2024, 08:11Actually never mind, I'm going to change my review to very poor! Despite being reassured over the phone and receiving an email from King Price, my old bank account has now been debited. This has put me into overdraft on that account which I will now be charged for! Thanks but now need to consider how good of an insurance company you guys actually are!
