I was assisted by Cecilia Ncwane and she was attentive to my issue (roadside assistance) and request and she connected me to the person to come and assist me and she kept in constant contact with me to check if I was ok because it was at night and I was afraid. When the assistance guy came we realised that both my tyres were torn, she facilitated that I be towed to my place. Thank you very much to Cecilia Ncwane for her care. She even called later to check if I arrived safely at home.
