I was assisted by Bongani Ndabeni, haven't met him physically, but I can tell he has a friendly face! He was very assistive and made the conversation interesting. He deserves 11 out of 10 stars for his excellent service. P.s. even if we did not need the insurance, I would have just listened because it is very rare that you get such good service from Customer call centre's.
