I was assisted by a Cecilia Ncwane when I needed roadside assistance. She was so professional, and helpful. Every now and then she would call just to make sure I’m still safe and if the towing company is still available to assist. She made sure she even checks if I’ve arrived home safely. What a pleasant experience from her.
