I was an assisted by a lady called Tlotlo Mogotsi to have my car towed from work

I was an assisted by a lady called Tlotlo Mogotsi to have my car towed from work. She was very kind and helpful. She speaks with assertiveness while being gentle which is good because we helped each other to understand the situation better over a cellphone. She even called me on the day and time which my car was scheduled to be towed to check that the tow truck has arrived as planned. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience
