I was a bit sceptical about my premium increase and on the verge of switching insurance but decided to just send an email. Didn't think much of it and then the next business day I get a call. The Senior agent was extremely helpful quick and I was amazed that he not only managed to reduce the increase. He actually reduced my current premium. KP has always been fast efficient and excellent customer service and I suppose its becuase of client care like his. Well done to my consultant truly appreciate the time and effort.
