I wanted to cancel my policy after getting a better offer. Mr Marius Valla called me and wanted to understand why I want to cancel after so many years. I explained to him and he asked whose offering me cheaper policy. After telling him, he told me to read my contract carefully as they going to catch me up when coming to excess fee and he will follow up with me tomorrow. After reading it I realize that my excess was not gonna be R5000, but 5percent of the claim which didn't set well on me. Mr M Valla managed to reduce my monthly fee with car hire added and I was happy
