I want to cancel my insurance policy with them
I want to cancel my insurance policy with them. Because I got a better deal now they are trying to convince me to stay with them. Today I called to inform them of my decision. The lady said to me to hold and I did for 8 minutes. The solution is I want to cancel the policy.
