I want my vehicle back please sonce you guys did not payout my claim

I had a policy with King Price insurance and I have experienced difficulties with this company with my claim its been over a year since they took my vehicle which they had written off. I then cancelled my claim because of they haven't been giving me amy positive feedback and requested them for my vehicle.The broker I was in contact with gave me an address to where I should pick up my vehicle only to find when I went to their location my vehicle wasn't there... Please can I have my vehicle back King Price
