I want my money back immediately

On Thursday 21 May 2015 I called King Price Insurance to cancel my vehicle insurance as I obtained a better deal from another company.<br> Having worked in the insurance industry ( more specifically retentions ) I found it quite strange that Monique Steyn immediately told me she had cancelled my policy without even trying to retain my business. Monique was very helpful and told me that the policy was cancelled with immediate effect and also quoted me the pro rata refund that I would receive in 7 - 10 days. I have just checked my bank statements and see that King Price has deducted a full month's premium. I called the client care department only to find that my policy was never cancelled. I requested to speak to a manager and was told that my policy was never cancelled and I will have to wait 7 - 10 working days to get a refund. This is a major inconvenience as I have now had my new insurer deduct a full premium as well as King Price. Kaveesh the manager said I should call my bank and reverse the transaction if I want my money refunded immediately. This is unacceptable King Price. You guys have seriously dropped the ball. I want my money refunded back into my account RIGHT NOW!!!!!
