I WANT MY MONEY!!!!

I gave this company 30 days notice after I had to fight with their rententions team to get my policy cancelled. The following month they debited me, when I called they said the agent that dealt with my query did not action the cancellation🫩. They only cancelled on the day that I called to find out why my money was debited. I then asked them to pay back my money(honestly, it's even courtesy that I'm asking them to pay back MY MONEY)I do not owe this company anything and even after close to 3 years of paying them with no claim, they still see the need to ****** me after cancellation. They only paid back a portion of the money that they where not supposed to take from my account in the first place.🫩King Prize literally stole from me!!!! The money they took was not authorized by me and instead of them paying me back they only pay a portion and say it was a late cancellation as if it's my fault they did not cancel when I asked them to. 😒
