I Want my Excess back!
Passing the buck, I want my excess back! <br> Was involved in an accident and Third party refused to pay the claim and yet its client was at fault. King price did not hand over the matter to the attorneys. They sent me an email saying I should go to the small claims court. I have to do the dirty job and yet i have been paying my premiums every single month without any problems.Where does the Kings court come in if you can not stand for your client???

The Legal department attended to the recovery of your claim for the damages to your vehicle as well as your excess. The other party's insurance company denied liability on this matter and requested that we send them an independent witness statement to prove our version of the accident. We tried to argue the matter with them but they still refused to settle the claim.
The reason why we are not proceeding with Litigation on this matter is that when this matters goes to court the same request for the independent witness will come up and due to us not having any witnesses we will not be unable to prove our version of events to them. We know that you as our client feel that the other party was the more negligent party but we have to prove this to them and due to the lack of an independent witness statement will we not be able to proceed any further.
