I used the call me back option on their app. I’m not kidding when I say within three minutes (if not less) they called back. The process of which I thought would take at least 20 minutes happened so smoothly in less than eight minutes. I thought that I was choosing a wrong time to do this but I have never experienced such good customer service and efficiency anywhere in the world as good as this.
