I spoke to two agents. E first was Callum who was reassuring, efficient and warm. He ensured I had the info I needed and transferred me to the next department for additional help beyond his scope. Samu was friendly, patient and went beyond what I would've expected during the call. I could feel her calm energy and positive attitude through the phone. I didn't feel rushed or anything.
