I spoke to Thando Xaba about a debit order that went through (higher than usual) due to me not submitting my monthly inspection on time. It was my own fault, yet they still decided to re-imburse me and afford me the reduced premium on my Chilli policy. I thought this is excellent service and thus decided to write this positive review.
