I specifically ensured my phone based on the purchase amount, and obviously with the phone value decreased and premium increase I believed it was covering the shortfall for the reduction to keep the purchase amount inline only once I submitted my application for a replacement was I told that they only payout on the market value which was not the agreement and for that reason I will not be using them in the future because I have a contract with Telkom and I am covered for the value of the initial purchase
