I sent the message to request review of my policy. Bokang Mmualefe called me back and I could not talk to him. I asked him to call later and he did that as agreed. He took me through my policy, and we updated it, and shared with me all available options. After all consideration of my history, I recieved a nice discount. He was able to answer all my questions.
