I send e mail to change address where i immediately get message asking me if they can phone me now or during business hours. I rep**** now would be fine. I received a call from a very friendly guy Michael Venter. He was very friendly and helpfull to change my address. He explained everything It was a pleasure to chat to him and do the policy changes. It was a pleasure to talk to him And it was on a sunday evening.
