I send an email this morning. Ephraim came back to me after that and he assisted me to the claims department who assisted me to register the claim without any trouble. Afterwards Ephraim co tacted me by phone and asked if I was satisfied with the assistance. I give him and claims dept 100percent Thankyou for you friendly spontaneous help.
