I required assistance to an update on my policy that could not be done via the app and so I logged a call back request via WhatsApp. I was assisted within minutes and my query speedily resolved by Lee-Ann. I have always had a pleasant experience in all my interactions with King Price in the 7+ years I’ve been insured with them from small things like policy updates to assistance on full claims with little hassle. Thank you to the King Price team☺️
