I requested for a call back in the app and an agent named Chesre Davids called within a few minutes. He listened to my enquiry regarding my policy and the updates I needed. He was friendly, clear, patient with me by explaining in detail how things work. I felt at ease and thankful that I'm still with this insurance, they are still the best ever.
